LEAD TIME & SHIPPING INFORMATION

Timing Matters
Shipping & Delivery Planning:
What to Know
This informational guide outlines how lead times and delivery planning work for custom engineered hardwood flooring projects.

What is your current lead time for delivery?

Typical lead time ranges from 12–16 weeks from confirmed production scheduling through delivery, depending on project specifications and shipping conditions.

Once order details are finalized and production scheduling is confirmed, we provide an estimated delivery window based on the most current production and transit information available.
What causes delays in international shipping?
International shipping timelines can be affected by factors outside any single party’s control, including customs inspections, port congestion, severe weather, and labor shortages or strikes at major ports, particularly in Europe and California.

We maintain regular communication with logistics partners to monitor conditions and adjust planning when disruptions occur.
Can I expedite my delivery?
Once a shipment is in overseas transit, it cannot be expedited. For projects with tight timelines, we recommend placing orders at least four months prior to installation.

If a project requires a shorter timeline, air freight options may be available depending on specifications and availability.
What if my site isn’t ready when the product arrives?
If materials arrive before a site is ready to receive them, secure storage is available at no additional cost until delivery can be coordinated.

Early arrival is generally preferable to risking delays caused by global shipping conditions.
How can I help ensure timely delivery?
  • Place your order early in the construction schedule
  • Share key deadlines when confirming your order
  • Communicate timeline changes as soon as they arise
Clear coordination allows delivery planning to stay aligned with your project.
