Production Scheduling
Orders do not enter production without confirmation and documentation.
Lead Times & Scheduling
Lead times for custom engineered hardwood flooring vary throughout the year and are influenced by several factors, including production schedules, material availability, global transit conditions, and project specifications.
Because of this variability, lead times are not fixed or uniform. Each project receives a specific lead time based on its confirmed production schedule.
Lead times begin once order specifications are finalized and production scheduling is confirmed by our manufacturing partner. At that point, clients receive an estimated delivery window based on the most current production and transit information available.
As production and shipping milestones are reached, updated delivery estimates are communicated by email so clients have clear visibility as timelines progress.

Logistics & Transit Oversight
Once production is complete, materials move into international and domestic transit. Haute Plank maintains direct visibility into shipping documentation, customs processing, and transit milestones rather than relying solely on third-party status updates.
This oversight allows our team to monitor progress and identify timing adjustments early when conditions change.
Delivery Coordination & Storage
Upon arrival, delivery is coordinated based on project readiness. When materials arrive ahead of schedule or job sites are not yet prepared, secure storage options are available so delivery can align with construction timelines.
Our team works directly with clients and installers to coordinate final delivery.
Client Communication
Clients receive updates at defined points throughout the order lifecycle, including production confirmation, estimated shipping windows, transit milestones, and delivery coordination.
This structured communication approach ensures expectations are set early and updated proactively if timelines change.
