Project Controls That Actually Help
- Lock the spec early. Confirm widths, thickness (for transitions), finish system, and total square footage before you publish drawings.
- Name the checkpoints. Set simple milestones: design sign-off, color/finish approval, production start, ship date, delivery window. Put a person next to each one.
- Use a calendar that reflects reality. We provide a plain-English schedule that accounts for European factory holidays and typical port slowdowns, with “order-by” dates that keep you out of the danger zone.
- Get proactive status updates. One point of contact. Updates on a regular cadence—no chasing, no surprises.
- Stage domestically if needed. If your site isn’t ready, we can receive product early and hold it. Your crew gets material when the space is ready.
