Although our floors are pre-acclimated during production, they still need to sit in their new environment for at least 48 hours before installation. Installers must confirm that the subfloor is dry, flat, and stable, and that HVAC systems are operational. SmartPlank™ helps homeowners monitor conditions, but timing for installation must be confirmed by the contractor.
