How to Order Engineered Hardwood Flooring

Our products are built to your specs -- wood grade, color, width, custom finish -- so every order starts with a conversation.

To begin the process, share a few basics with our team. From there, we will work with you to finalize product specifications, provide an estimate, and walk you through the next steps. Once the estimate is approved, we issue an invoice to initiate production.
Lead times range from 12–16 weeks. We recommend ordering early. If your job site isn’t ready, we can store your materials until it is.
LEAD TIME & SHIPPING INFO

Are these colors customizable or fixed?

We offer both standard and custom colors in the Belgium Collection. If you’re matching cabinetry, walls, or millwork, we can develop a tone that works with your project. View hardwood flooring features including patterns, grades and other options on our customization page.

How do I know when it’s safe to install my flooring?

SmartPlank™ tracks site conditions after your flooring arrives, but your installer is responsible for confirming readiness. That includes operating HVAC, verifying moisture levels, and preparing a stable subfloor.

What is the lead time for this collection?

Most custom orders require 12–16 weeks from invoice payment to delivery. That window accounts for production at our European mill, international freight, and final logistics coordination. We strongly recommend ordering early — even if your job site isn’t ready. We can store your materials short term to help you avoid delays down the line.

Is this collection better for modern or traditional spaces?

The Belgium Collection was created for both. Its toned-down palette works with clean lines or more layered interiors, depending on how it’s styled.

Can these floors handle commercial-level wear?

Yes. With the HP Titanium™ finish, the Belgium Collection meets durability standards for commercial spaces, retail showrooms, and residential builds with heavy foot traffic.
